ACTIVITY

Student Reward Parties

Provides support to Daviess County Middle School Student Activities Coordinator.  Projects are varied and can be things such as helping at Renaissance Rally, Renaissance Reward Parties, Pizza with the Principal and other student rewards events that are held throughout the year.

Teacher / Staff Appreciation Events

Provide quarterly treats or luncheon items for Daviess County Middle School teachers and staff.  Time commitments vary throughout the year. 

Fundraising Committee

Help with different fundraising projects throughout the year such as Market Day, Coke / Pepsi Sales, Box Tops for Education, Candy Drive etc.

School Office

Help work in the school office answering phones, filing, and checking students in and out of school.

School Library

Team up with other parent volunteers to re-shelve and repair books as needed.  Time commitment is typically 1 1/2 hours, every other week throughout the school year.

Student Studies

Assist teachers with helping students in reading / math skills.

Spirit-Wear Sales

Help with spirit-wear sales throughout the year during school events such as Schedule Day, BTS Picnic, Football Games, Basketball Games etc.

Schedule Day

Help with handing out schedules and selling spirit wear items during the summer BTS event.

BTS Picnic

Help make the BTS Picnic as huge success by helping grill, prepare food, PSTO Membership or Spirit Wear sales.

Youth Service Center

Assist the Youth Service Center Director with student needs such as clothing, school supplies and personal hygiene products.

Newsletter Mailing Prep

Assist in preparing school newsletters for mailing to DCMS families.  Time commitment is approximately 3 hours at the end of each month during the school year.
